Diamond Search Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a Junior Graphic Designer, based in the Dartford area. Join an exciting, market leading organisation who are experiencing significant growth.

This role sits within the Group marketing division, supporting both national and internal marketing activity.

To help maintain and develop our corporate identity internationally through quality, creativeness and accuracy of design across a range of print and digital communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Graphic Designer and Marketing team
• Graphic design artwork, layout and image manipulation,
• Develop and deliver engaging visual content for both digital and print
• Create or source photography, illustrations, and graphics for individual projects
• Demonstrate a good understanding of brand design guidelines and assist in maintaining the company visual identity
• Liaise with internal teams and external agencies
• Have a flexible approach to work across different projects at any one time.
• Assist the Graphic Designer in fulfilling internal and external customer requests.
• Printed Materials - create company product catalogues, advertising, brochures, leaflets in multiple language
• Event and Exhibition Materials - create exhibition panel artwork, event support material
• Digital and Social Media - creation of social media images, website images, digital advertising
• Photography – Product and case studies
• Video Editing
• Image Retouching
• Corporate Materials - create company stationery and packaging
• Occasional copy writing – for marketing material
• Business Support - support the wider sales and marketing teams as required across the business with graphic design requests

Experience and Skills

• At least 1 years’ experience in a graphic designer role.
• Fluency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Able to demonstrate a flair for typography, art direction and layout.
• A detail-oriented and accurate approach
• Natural creative ability.
• Able to multi-task effectively.
• Must be able to show a portfolio of work
• A-level or equivalent standard of education
• High level of numeracy and literacy.
• Fluency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator,
• Strong computer literacy including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
