A leading underwriting firm is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join the Business Transformation department. The role involves supporting Senior BAs, documenting proposals for change, assisting in requirements gathering, and managing business expectations through communication. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of general insurance, excellent communication skills, and an analytical mindset. We have the opportunity for a Junior Business Analyst to join our Business Transformation department here at Tokio Marine Kiln. Reporting to the Lead Business Analyst, you will contribute to the strategic objectives of TMK through the delivery of change. You will work alongside BAs and Senior BAs to act as an intermediary between the business users and the technical teams to capture business requirements and design processes & solutions.

The successful candidate will have knowledge of general insurance (preferably London market) and will have a general understanding of project life cycle. We are looking for someone confident who has excellent communication skills, who is also curious with an analytical mindset.
