A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Remote Staff Accountant to ensure financial accuracy for a rapidly growing home care agency. You will handle bookkeeping, payroll coordination, benefits tracking, and invoicing. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of experience, strong QuickBooks and Excel skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Central Time

As they continue to grow rapidly, we’re looking for a high-performing Staff Accountant to play a key role in their financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency as they scale.
This Staff Accountant role is a vital support position within their financial and administrative engine. You will be responsible for core accounting functions, payroll coordination, benefits tracking, invoicing, and maintaining essential records. You will work directly with the CEO, a successful entrepreneur and Kellogg MBA with a strong track record in scaling businesses.
