Job summary
A recruitment company is seeking an experienced SAP FI/CO Consultant for a remote position. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO implementation and configuration, leading projects across various modules. Responsibilities include driving project testing, integrating processes, and providing expert guidance in data migration. This role offers a competitive rate and an initial 3-6 months contract.
Qualifications
- 8+ years' hands-on SAP FI/CO implementation and configuration experience.
- Experience in end-to-end project lifecycle: blueprinting, design, build, test, cutover, and hypercare.
Responsibilities
- Lead SAP FI/CO configuration across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.
- Drive end-to-end testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
- Support interfaces with external systems.
Skills
Role: SAP FI/CO Consultant
Rate: £(Apply online only) Outside IR35
Contract Length: 3-6 months initial contract
Location: Remote UK
- Lead SAP FI/CO configuration across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Controlling (CO-PA, CO-PC, Cost Centres, Profit Centres).
- Ensure seamless integration between FI/CO and MES, SD, MM, PP, and other core modules.
- Drive end-to-end testing, UAT, and defect resolution in collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Translate business requirements into Fiori-enabled finance processes, supporting user adoption and simplification.
- Support interfaces with external systems
- Provide expert guidance in cutover planning, data migration, and system readiness for FI/CO.
- 8+ years' hands-on SAP FI/CO implementation and configuration experience.
- Proven experience with SAP Finance transformations.
- Strong cross-module integration knowledge (MM, PP, SD, MES).
- Previous exposure to Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) integration with FI/CO.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps for Finance and user experience design.
- Experience in end-to-end project lifecycle: blueprinting, design, build, test, cutover, and hypercare.
