Remote Chartered Building Surveyor – Midlands (Path to Director)

A leading surveying firm is seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to join its remote team. This role involves advising on building defects, managing diverse surveying projects, and preparing maintenance reports. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and aims to progress to a director level. - Proven experience in building surveying, particularly in residential and commercial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of building defects and maintenance strategies.
- Ability to manage projects independently and work with clients.
Responsabilités
- Provide professional advice on building defects across various property types.
- Prepare and review Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) reports.
- Act as Project Manager for projects ranging from £50k to £3m+.
- Complete pre-acquisition surveys for different property types.
- Support business initiatives, including mentoring junior surveyors.
