Qualifications
Proven experience in building surveying, particularly in residential and commercial sectors.
Strong knowledge of building defects and maintenance strategies.
Ability to manage projects independently and work with clients.
Responsabilités
Provide professional advice on building defects across various property types.
Prepare and review Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) reports.
Act as Project Manager for projects ranging from £50k to £3m+.
Complete pre-acquisition surveys for different property types.
Support business initiatives, including mentoring junior surveyors.
