3. Deal Structuring: Collaborate with credit and underwriting teams to package deals that meet client needs and risk criteria.
4. Market Engagement: Actively represent the business at industry events, networking opportunities, and meetings to raise our profile and pipeline.

1. Proven experience in a BDM or sales role within bridging, development, or specialist lending
2. A strong network of broker and introducer relationships across the UK
3. Deep understanding of short-term property finance and market trends
4. Ability to drive new business and close deals independently

1. Salary: Up to £70,000 base, depending on experience
