This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional to take ownership of a high-potential, well-established r egion.

In this role, you\'ll drive growth by expanding key accounts, developing new business, and building lasting relationships with customers across multiple sectors.

We\'re seeking someone commercially astute, customer-focused, and passionate about delivering real value. A background in construction or plant hire would be a strong advantage, though candidates with relevant equipment or hire industry experience are also encouraged to apply.

• Develop and grow new and existing business within your territory
• Introduce the range of high-quality products and services to clients
• Conduct on-site visits to inspect and identify parts for quotation
• Maintain strong, strategic relationships with key customers
• Plan and manage your own schedule to maximise efficiency
• Follow up on leads and convert them into profitable sales
• Input customer data and feedback into our CRM daily
• Monitor account performance and ensure smooth end-to-end account management

• Proven experience in a field sales role, ideally in construction, plant hire, or quarrying
• A professional, consultative sales approach with a track record of results
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• A self-motivated individual with the ability to build trust and close deals
• Experience selling spare parts or technical services would be an advantage
