Remote Recruitment Coordinator - NHS Hiring & Onboarding
Job summary
A leading recruitment consultancy is seeking a HR & OD Resourcing Coordinator for a 6-month FTC contract. You will play a key role in delivering a streamlined recruitment service within the NHS. Responsibilities include providing end-to-end recruitment administration, managing job adverts, coordinating interviews, and maintaining records on recruitment systems. Strong organizational skills and HR admin experience are necessary. This remote position offers a salary between £27k - £33k, based on location.
Qualifications
- Experience managing competing priorities effectively.
- Ability to maintain excellent candidate experience throughout recruitment.
- Familiarity with end-to-end recruitment processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end recruitment administration.
- Manage job adverts on NHS Jobs and other platforms.
- Coordinate interviews and onboarding of candidates.
- Maintain accurate records on ESR and recruitment trackers.
- Advise managers on recruitment and retention best practices.
- Manage all HR recruitment administration tasks.
