Introduction

A high performing independent commerce agency is looking for an Amazon Account Manager to support a small portfolio of brands on a remote contract basis while they hire permanently.

The Role

This is hands on account management, you will own day to day delivery across account health, optimisation, reporting, and client comms, working closely with internal teams to keep performance moving.

Responsibilities
  • Day to day client contact, proactive comms, and account ownership.
  • Monitor and improve account health, catalogue, content, and performance.
  • Optimise Amazon growth levers, ads, keywords, listings, promos.
  • Manage Amazon casework, escalations, and issue resolution.
  • Monthly reporting, analysis, and performance updates.
  • Support invoicing accuracy and basic commercial admin.
You, Skills and Experience
  • 3+ years hands on Amazon brand management, agency experience preferred.

  • Calm, organised, and solutions focused, able to juggle multiple workstreams.
