A leading building services provider is seeking a motivated Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a mobile role covering multiple sites in the North East. Responsibilities include planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and documentation management. The ideal candidate is reliable and has a strong background in electrical maintenance. This position offers a competitive salary of £39,000 plus a package.
Qualifications
- Reliable and self-motivated with a strong background in electrical maintenance.
- Experience in managing workload independently.
Responsibilities
- Carry out PPM and reactive electrical maintenance across multiple sites.
- Complete Fixed Wire Testing and associated remedial works.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records via the CAFM system.
- Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety regulations and company procedures.
- Provide regular updates on job progress to clients and colleagues.
- Support wider team activities, including risk assessments and inspections.
- Contribute to a positive and professional working environment.
