A growing digital agency is seeking a Business Development Manager to shape their sales function. You will own the sales pipeline, fostering relationships with clients and driving growth across services in digital marketing and web development. Ideal candidates should have a strong grasp of sales skills, effective communication, and a resilient attitude. This remote role is open to applicants in the UK and offers the chance to significantly influence the agency's growth and expansion efforts.

We’re looking for our first dedicated Business Development Manager to take ownership of a strong, active pipeline and turn opportunity into momentum. This is a rare chance to shape the sales function of a growing digital agency backed by a global tech group.
As the Business Development Manager you will take full ownership of the sales pipeline, cultivating relationships with new and existing clients and driving growth across digital marketing, design, and web development services. You’ll be the linchpin connecting client needs with our talented delivery teams - playing a key role in shaping Brew Digital’s next phase of expansion. Your success will directly influence how the agency grows and evolves.
You will play a key role in growing the business and will report directly to the Senior Management Team. You will have strong communication, negotiation and selling skills, and knowledge of digital marketing.
Please note, this is a remote role open to applicants based in the United Kingdom. Candidates must have current right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we are unable to consider applicants based outside the UK for this position.
