Airports Sector Growth Leader – UK & Ireland
Job summary
A leading engineering consultancy is looking for an Airports Sector Director to drive the expansion of their airports sector across the UK, Ireland, and major European projects. This leadership role requires expertise in airport engineering, strong commercial insight, and a proven network within the industry. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for refining the go-to-market strategy and enhancing business development efforts, ensuring high standards in operational delivery and team building.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in the Airports sector with emphasis on Airport & Airfield Engineering.
- Ability to engage with senior officials in government and client organisations.
- Experience in building and scaling engineering businesses from inception.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the operational delivery of client projects.
- Refine and lead the airport sector strategy for UK & Ireland.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with clients.
- Strengthen the aviation team to exceed client delivery expectations.
