Job Role : Lead / Principal ISDA Negotiator

Deloitte Operations are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Lead / Principal ISDA Negotiator to support one of our clients on a time sensitive re-papering programme :

Role and Responsibilities
  • Leading complex ISDA Master Agreement negotiations standardise agreement terms and align with project objectives.
  • Proactively manage the end-to-end negotiation process.
  • Report progress identify bottlenecks and drive negotiations to conclusion.
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of the regulatory landscape.
  • Understand legal and commercial implications.
  • Work autonomously and make clear decisions on negotiable terms.
Experience & Skills Required
  • Strong experience negotiating ISDA Master Agreements and complex industry documents.
  • Demonstrable strong knowledge of regulations impacting ISDAs.
  • Demonstrated autonomy while taking ownership of project outcomes.
  • Strong self‑motivation and accountability for project outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
