Job summary
A leading technology consultancy is seeking an experienced OIC Integration Engineer for a 6-month remote project supporting a US client. This role offers £300 per day and is outside IR35. Key responsibilities include designing system integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, collaborating with stakeholders, and developing best practice architectural diagrams. We're seeking an experienced OIC Integration Engineer to join a 6-month project for a US-based client. This role is outside IR35, offering 300 per day, and is highly likely to extend beyond the initial term.
- Design and implement secure, compliant system integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Develop architectural diagrams and integration processes following best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver robust solutions.
- Build reusable, efficient code and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Implement security measures and data protection strategies.
- Design and manage data storage solutions.
- Provide accurate effort estimates and assist with task breakdowns.
- Maintain detailed documentation, including code comments and technical diagrams.
- Support business users with OIC dashboards, error log checks, and payload troubleshooting.
- Contribute to coding standards and best practices within the team.
- OIC VBCS platform expertise
- Advanced proficiency in Java and JavaScript
- Strong experience with EDI integrations on OIC (mandatory)
- Knowledge of TRADACOM, EDIFACT, X12 standards
- Familiarity with SFTP and AS2-based EDI
