A local authority in the North West is seeking a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor for an initial 3-month engagement. The successful candidate will provide expertise in local government and commercial property matters, ideally with landlord and tenant experience. The role offers flexible remote working options with a competitive rate of £55-60 per hour.
Qualifications
- Substantial local government experience within Commercial Property.
- Experience with landlord and tenant matters.
- Experience with big-ticket work.
Venn Group are seeking a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor on behalf of a North West local authority.
The successful candidate will have substantial local government experience within Commercial Property including landlord and tenant matters and big-ticket work.
Start: November 2025
Duration: 3 months initially with scope to extend
Working Pattern: Full-time across 4 or 5 days
Working Arrangement: Can be fully remote, weekly attendance is beneficial
Rate: £55-60 per hour, umbrella
