You’ll join NatWest Digital X, our powerhouse of innovation, driving: Disciplined growth through digital transformation and customer-centric design; simplification and agility by modernising platforms and streamlining operations; security and resilience with cutting-edge fraud prevention and risk management.

We’ll reward you with a starting salary of £42,000 a year. And on top of your salary, you’ll also have access to our flexible benefits package.

To join our Engineering graduate programme, you’ll need:

• To have, or be on course to achieving, a 2:1 in a STEM subject
• Clear communication skills, able to break down complex problems and explain your ideas
• A curious, logical mindset with a passion for solving problems
• Confidence working with data, statistics, and experimentation
• A flexible attitude, comfortable with change and ambiguity
• A drive to learn, grow, and make a real impact
