Our client is one of the UK's fastest-growing, most respected financial services networks, offering mortgage and protection advisers the tools, support, and infrastructure to thrive. With a strong reputation for innovation, compliance excellence, and adviser-centric service, they are embarking on an ambitious growth plan to double in size over the next few years.

As part of this strategy, they are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to help drive the expansion of their adviser network. • Make strategic decisions within agreed levels of autonomy to support network growth.
  • Maintain a robust understanding of compliance and risk management requirements.
  • Build strong working relationships across internal departments to ensure no opportunity is missed.
  • Represent the network at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on recruitment activity and market developments.

  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance attractive propositions with business profitability.
  • Knowledge of the regulatory environment and systems of control.
  • Experienced in working to ambitious growth targets and managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communicator with the confidence to present to groups or senior stakeholders.
  • Highly self-motivated, disciplined and able to work independently to achieve goals.
  • Willing and able to travel extensively within the UK.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and broker-specific tools.
