- 2+ years of UI / UX or product design experience
- Proficiency with Figma , Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Strong UX fundamentals (flows, personas, usability)
- Experience creating wireframes & high-fidelity UI
- Strong communication skills
- UX research capability
- Design system experience
- Motion / interaction design
- Experience collaborating with developers
- A portfolio showcasing real projects (highly preferred)
- Live in the United Kingdom
- Have the Right to Work in the UK
- Be able to provide at least one reference
- Provide a portfolio / project link (highly recommended)
