A forward-thinking legal firm is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor for a fully remote role in the UK. This position offers flexibility with a choice of a 4 or 5-day week and only 25 billable hours per week. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of PQE in employment law, experience advising both individuals and businesses, and a strong commercial mindset. Competitive salary of £55,000 FTE plus performance-based bonuses.
