A financial consulting firm is seeking an experienced project lead for remote pension scheme implementations. The successful candidate will act as a trusted deputy, leading client projects while ensuring compliance with defined benefit pension scheme rules. Responsibilities include translating client requirements into automated solutions, mentoring team members, and enhancing platform features. - Act as a key escalation point for the Scheme Benefits Implementation Manager.
- Lead client implementation projects from start to finish.
- Translate client needs into effective automated system solutions.
- Conduct analyses of scheme rules and produce thorough documentation.
- Oversee data migration and enhance calculation automation.
- Identify risks early to ensure smooth project progression.
- Deliver training and guide stakeholders on best practices.
- Mentor colleagues to foster continuous improvement.
- Support platform enhancements and new features.
