Job summary
A dynamic technology company in Richmond seeks a Growth Lead to build a performance-driven customer acquisition engine. You will scale marketing efforts across various channels, optimize conversions, and lead the strategic direction of the company's growth initiatives. Qualifications
- 5+ years in digital/performance marketing roles, ideally within B2B SaaS or Shopify app ecosystem.
- Deep understanding of CAC, LTV, funnel metrics, and growth analytics.
- Hands-on experience launching, optimizing, and scaling campaigns across various channels.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire funnel from impression to paid user.
- Ensure alignment between marketing strategy and ideal customer profile.
- Manage budgets across platforms to maximize ROI.
