Audio Visual LED Field Technician
Job summary
An innovative events-based company in the UK is seeking an Audio Visual LED Field Technician to join their growing team. The role involves installing and maintaining AV/LED equipment, diagnosing technical issues, and providing exceptional customer service during live events. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in audio/visual work, with a preference for those with live event experience. Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in audio/visual.
- Experience in the live event industry preferred.
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain AV/LED equipment for optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair technical issues across systems.
- Conduct testing and diagnostics to evaluate system reliability.
- Complete documentation and produce service reports.
- Provide excellent customer service and explain technical issues clearly.
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures.
Skills
Locations: Manchester (fully remote, apart from training/internal requirements)
Salary is £27,000 to £30,000 Hours: 40 hours/week + overtime available

- Following safety protocols and company procedures to ensure compliant operations
- Minimum 2 years' experience in audio/visual (essential)
- Live event industry experience (preferred)
