Audio Visual LED Field Technician

Locations: Manchester (fully remote, apart from training/internal requirements)
Salary is £27,000 to £30,000 Hours: 40 hours/week + overtime available

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installing and maintaining AV/LED equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Diagnosing and repairing technical issues across various systems
  • Conducting testing and diagnostics to evaluate system reliability
  • Completing documentation, maintaining logs, and producing service reports
  • Providing excellent customer service and explaining technical issues clearly
  • Following safety protocols and company procedures to ensure compliant operations
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in audio/visual (essential)
  • Live event industry experience (preferred)
