Job summary
A leading claims management firm in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced individual to independently manage and investigate complex liability claims. The role involves delivering expert investigations, maintaining client service standards, and managing cases related to Employers’ Liability, Public Liability, and Product Liability. Applicants should have a valid UK driving licence and significant experience in a similar role. This position is home-based covering SouthEast England or Leeds and offers a permanent contract.
Qualifications
- Strong experience as a Senior Liability/Liability Adjuster.
- Valid UK driving licence is essential.
- Ideal candidates should have complex case exposure.

- Manage and investigate a range of complex liability claims.
- Deliver expert investigations and detailed reporting.
- Conduct site visits and gather evidence.

Education
Independently manage, investigate and handle a range of complex liability claims, including Employers’ Liability (EL), Public Liability (PL), Product Liability and CAR cases.

Key Duties (Including but not limited to):
- You will be responsible for delivering expert investigations, providing clear and detailed reporting, and maintaining high standards of client service
- Assess liability, causation, quantum, and policy indemnity on a case-by-case basis
- Conduct site visits and witness interviews to gather factual and documentary evidence
- Manage a diverse caseload of liability claims
- CII (Chartered Insurance Institute) or CILA (Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters) qualifications (or working towards them) is highly desirable but not essential
- Valid UK driving licence is essential
- Significant experience as a Senior Liability / Liability Adjuster, ideally with complex case exposure
- Strong knowledge of EL, PL, and Product Liability claims
