HR and Learning and Development Learning Coach

At Able Personnel, we are recruiting on behalf of a respected and growing training provider for a passionate HR and Learning and Development Learning Coach to join their dynamic and supportive team.

This is a fully remote, full-time role (37 hours per week) offering flexibility, professional growth, and the opportunity to guide learners through their apprenticeship journey, all from the comfort of your home. The role will involve virtual meetings and then 2 in person CPD events per annum.

You will play a key role Learning Coach in helping apprentices achieve their qualifications, develop real-world HR and L and D skills, and build successful and rewarding careers in the people profession.

What you will be doing:
  • Support and coach apprentices remotely via Microsoft Teams, with occasional face-to-face sessions
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 40 learners on Level 3 and Level 5 HR and L and D apprenticeships
  • Deliver engaging one-to-one and group coaching sessions that inspire learners to achieve their best
  • Host interactive webinars to develop knowledge and skills
  • Mark diploma assignments and apprenticeship tasks, providing clear and constructive feedback
  • Observe practice and offer insightful coaching to drive learner growth
  • Plan and manage your own diary with flexibility across your working week
  • Join a collaborative team with regular virtual meetings and two in-person CPD events each year
What we are looking for:
  • Experience in HR, Learning and Development, or People Management
  • A genuine passion for developing others and sharing knowledge
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
  • Ability to manage a varied workload and deliver high-quality, learner-focused coaching
  • Hold (or be willing to work towards) a Level 5 CIPD People Professional qualification
Desirable:
  • Coaching or Assessor qualifications (TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/33)
  • Knowledge of government-funded training and apprenticeships
