A local authority client is seeking an experienced Locum Housing Lawyer to provide maternity leave cover. The role focuses on housing disrepair claims and general housing matters. This position allows for remote working. Interested candidates should have relevant qualifications in housing law and experience attending court hearings.

Locum Housing Lawyer
Our Local Authority client is seeking an experienced housing locum to provide maternity leave cover. The role will largely focus on housing disrepair claims alongside picking up general housing matters such as ASB and possessions.
Court attendance may be required for some hearings.
Our client is seeking a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or CILEX qualified Lawyer. Aside from court attendance, this is a remote working role.
Full-time hours are preferred; however part-time hours are also being considered.
