Skills
Location: Remote - England (North-East Preferred)
Travel: 2-3 days per week on average, flexibility required

You’ll spot opportunities, solve challenges, and make sure every client feels like they’re our only one.
- Build brilliant, long-lasting relationships with park operators across the UK
- Deliver seamless onboarding and ensure every client hits the ground running.
- Spot growth opportunities through upsell, cross-sell, and referrals.
- Drive owner sign-ups via smart campaigns and operator engagement.
- Work closely with our engineering, support, and commercial teams to deliver on promises
- Experience in account management or client success
- People skills that build instant rapport and lasting trust.
- The ability to translate tech talk into real-world business value.
