Founded in 2018 by a former Microsoft CSM, we’ve delivered 150+ projects for globally recognised brands. We’ve grown to 50+ people with offices in Bristol (UK) and Philadelphia (US), and we’re continuing to scale rapidly across both regions.

The role

As an AI Workplace Transformation Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering organisational change and adoption for Microsoft 365, Copilot, and related AI solutions. You’ll work at the intersection of people, process, and technology, helping clients embed new tools and behaviours that improve how people work day to day.

This role suits someone who combines strong Microsoft knowledge with pragmatic, people‑centred change delivery.

What you’ll be doing
  • Lead change and adoption activity for Microsoft 365 and Copilot programmes
  • Design and deliver adoption plans, communications, training, and engagement activity
  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and delivery teams
  • Translate Copilot and AI capabilities into clear, practical guidance for end users
  • Track adoption, usage, and value realisation, recommending improvements
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and feedback forums
  • Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with user needs and organisational policy
  • Support pre‑sales activity where required, including scoping and demos
What we’re looking for
  • Strong experience delivering change and adoption in client‑facing environments
  • Hands‑on exposure to Microsoft 365 modern work (Copilot experience highly desirable)
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non‑technical audiences
  • Calm, professional consulting presence with strong stakeholder skills
  • Comfortable owning delivery with limited hand‑hiding
  • Proactive, curious, and open to feedback
  • Relevant change certification (e.g. PROSCI) preferred

You don’t need to be a Power Platform or Copilot Studio specialist — conceptual understanding and practical application are key.

Our interview process has four stages
  • A 15–30 minute conversation with the recruitment team
  • A 30–40 minute conversation with the hiring manager to explore your experience and motivations
  • A case study with Q&A to understand your approach and thinking
  • A final conversation with senior leadership, focused on values, culture fit, and collaboration
