Job summary
A leading health and care technology provider is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Norwich. You will work closely with customers, demonstrating exceptional customer relations while working on equipment in their homes. The role requires an Electrical/Electronic qualification at NVQ Level 2, a full UK driving license, and experience testing Fire Systems. As a Field Service Engineer at Tunstall, you will need to demonstrate exceptional customer relation and interpersonal skills as you will be dealing with a variety of customers from vulnerable to elderly and working on equipment in their homes.
