We are looking for Senior Support Workers to join our Specialist Care Home Swallowfield Gardens.

We provide person centred, rehabilitative care services for people aged 18 years and above who may have mental health, complex needs and/or acquired brain injury and we are looking for people to work in senior positions over the site.

Responsibilities
  • Dispensing of medications
  • Leading a shift
  • Supervision of junior staff
  • Documentation of care and care plans
  • Ensuring the people living in our service have an excellent quality of life
  • Supporting staff to access community trips and quality time with the team
  • Working with a highly staffed team of support workers, nurses, clinical leads and home manager
Qualifications

The company offers external Care Home Assistant Practitioner courses to senior support staff, that you will be able to join to increase your skills as a senior member of staff.

We are recruiting for full time night shifts, 3-4 nights a week. Alternate weekends are required. Night shifts are 7.45pm‑8.15am.
