Morgan Hunt are looking for a Programme Manager to join our public sector client on a 6 month contract. The successful candidate will lead the Systems Development team, who are currently implementing a new HR & Payroll system. They are now moving to introducing a number of new modules (recruitment, onboarding, time & attendance etc). Strong communication skills are essential for this role and previous experience with iTrent would be advantageous.

• Lead the Systems Development team in delivering and expanding the HR & Payroll system, including new modules (recruitment, onboarding, time & attendance, etc.).
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery in a complex environment.
• Communicate effectively with a range of audiences and ensure alignment across teams and external partners.

• Experience working in a complex project or programme environment
• Proven experience in managing and leading others
• Expertise in developing and managing complex databases and systems
• Ability to present complex information clearly to a range of audiences
• Strong background in engaging with a wide range of internal and external customers

• Current knowledge of HR and OD systems and best practices
• Sound knowledge of project and programme management methodology

• Customer-focused and service-oriented
• Collaborative communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Strong planner who can influence and deliver results
• Creative, solutions-focused, and embraces change
• Effective team leader and committed team member
• Experience with budget management

£220 per day Inside IR35
