Are you a hands-on analytics leader who thrives on solving complex problems, shaping strategy, and building high-performing teams?
We're looking for a Lead Analytics Consultant who blends technical depth with business acumen — someone who can lead from the front, deliver impactful solutions, and help clients turn data into decisions.
- 7+ years in analytics, with a track record of delivery and client impact
- Deep technical skills in SQL, cloud platforms, and Tableau
- Experience with LLMs, predictive modelling, or automation
- Strong consulting skills — confident in workshops, stakeholder engagement, and translating business needs into solutions
- A passion for coaching, setting standards, and raising the bar
- Designing AI/ML-driven solutions in business contexts
- Power BI
- Presales experience
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance (e.g. GDPR)
- Sector breadth or deep vertical expertise
- Own delivery of complex analytics engagements — from scoping to solution
- Design scalable architectures using platforms like Snowflake or Azure
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and guide them through change
- Apply modern AI and data science techniques to real-world challenges
- Mentor others and help shape our analytics capability and ways of working
