Graduate Software Engineer (AI) - Mobile and web - up to £80k - Full Remote

Overview

This is a fully remote role for the UK. You will work collaboratively to drive the evolution of flagship applications with a focus on high-volume data streams, cross-platform performance, and real-time communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement mobile applications for iOS and Android, as well as web interfaces, creating responsive experiences that integrate with backend services for real-time communication.
• Profile and optimize application performance, refine algorithms for efficient data synchronization, and support live audio and AI-driven features such as natural language understanding.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to iterate on user-centric features, incorporating feedback to enhance accessibility and multilingual scalability.
• Navigate multiple programming paradigms in mobile and web contexts, selecting appropriate tools while avoiding over-reliance on a single approach.
• Contribute to remote ways of working, including clear documentation and version control practices.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or early-career professional with hands-on experience through internships, academic projects, or personal initiatives (e.g., open-source tools for cross-device synchronization or hybrid app architectures).
• Proficiency across diverse languages and frameworks for mobile and web development, capable of selecting the most appropriate tools for each challenge.
