Staffing & VMS Integration Analyst (Contract, Remote UK)
Job summary
A staffing and integration solutions company is seeking a skilled Business Analyst for a 6-month contract role focused on Vendor Management Systems and operational workflows. The ideal candidate requires a strong background in the staffing industry, with expertise in requirements management, pay/bill processes, and application integration. Fluency in French and English, alongside excellent analytical and communication skills, is essential for this role. There will be opportunities for extension based on project performance.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in staffing or HCM.
- Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) platforms.
- Strong understanding of staffing operational workflows.
Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
- Act as a subject matter expert for VMS and staffing operations.
- Optimize pay / bill processes and collaborate with finance teams.
