Responsibilities
- Set and execute the technical vision for our platform.
- Lead and mentor a small development team, fostering a culture of quality.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies including AI.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of our IT infrastructure.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO as the technical face of the charity.
- Balance strategic leadership with hands‑on engineering.
