Qualifications

• Proven experience scaling early‑ or growth‑stage technology businesses.
• Ability to work at pace, utilising limited resources without sacrificing quality.
• Demonstrable leadership of development teams, with a willingness to code when needed.
• Strong understanding of technical maturity and the ability to direct platform evolution.
• At least 7 years working in an engineering role with 5+ years managing development teams.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the technical vision for our platform.
• Lead and mentor a small development team, fostering a culture of quality.
• Drive the adoption of new technologies including AI.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of our IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO as the technical face of the charity.
• Balance strategic leadership with hands‑on engineering.
