Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Receive and respond to expressions of interest from individuals.
  • Conduct initial eligibility checks and triage assessments.
  • Provide clear communication to potential participants.
  • Ensure timely handover to Employment Specialists.
  • Develop referral pathways with community organizations.
