Employer Industry: Medical Technology

• Base salary range from $72,000 to $90,000

• Provide technical support for CRM medical device systems, including checks and troubleshooting
• Assist with operational tasks such as patient registration and inventory management
• Educate and train healthcare personnel on CRM products and solutions
• Support sales objectives by collaborating with sales representatives and understanding customer needs
• Stay updated on new products and complete assigned training in a timely manner

• High School Diploma plus a minimum of 6 years of work experience in healthcare or field sales, or an Associate’s Degree plus 4 years of experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree plus 2 years of experience
• Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
• Ability to travel approximately 80% of the time within the assigned territory
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience utilizing complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, science, or computing

• Thorough knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools and applications, such as Salesforce.com
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
