Qualifications

• Experience handling Serious Injury / multi-track PI claims.
• Proven ability to support and mentor junior colleagues.
• Confidence in developing a professional profile.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of claimant Serious Injury claims.
• Deliver exceptional client care to clients.
• Support Team Leader with KPIs and performance.
• Conduct technical and case reviews, provide mentoring.
• Meet clients and instruct medical experts and specialists.
• Draft statements, pleadings and schedules of loss.
• Drive cases to optimal settlement outcomes.

Skills

Strong technical knowledge of litigation procedures

Education

Qualified Solicitor or Fellow of CILEX
