A leading recruitment agency seeks a Tech Lead to join a dynamic LLM team in Birmingham, UK. The role involves owning the architecture, training, and deployment of AI models that drive core products. Key responsibilities include leading project teams, coding in Python and PyTorch, and managing the entire model lifecycle. Ideal candidates will have proven experience in shipping AI products at scale and a strong emphasis on performance and user experience. Formación
- Proven experience shipping AI/LLM products at scale.
- Deep technical skills in Python and PyTorch.
- A builder’s mindset with a focus on performance and reliability.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and mentor engineers while remaining hands-on in coding.
- Own the model lifecycle, including fine-tuning and designing RAG pipelines.
- Develop advanced moderation and alignment systems.
