About the Role

WRK digital are proud to partner with a leading consultancy working in the tech for good space, supporting the consolidation of crucial Salesforce applications within Healthcare. We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join the team on an inside IR35 contract. This role will focus on managing and optimising the Salesforce platform to ensure smooth operations and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including users, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Configure and customise Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and reports.
  • Manage user onboarding, training, and provide ongoing support.
  • Monitor data quality and perform regular data maintenance, imports, and exports.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Support system upgrades, new feature releases, and testing activities.
