Job description

We are seeking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to grow with our business. Ideally you will have graduated with a degree in Business, Human Resources, finance related subject or IT background.

The chosen candidate will develop to be able to find skilled individuals, conduct screening, communicate with clients, assist with the onboarding process, and support active job requests across international borders.

Responsibilities
  • Talent Sourcing : Assigned responsibility for creating a productive applicant pool by utilising internet resources like LinkedIn to match clients with suitable applicants.
  • Talent Attraction : Manage and design effective talent attraction campaigns to meet the needs of clients where talent sourcing isn’t a viable option. Your role will be to guarantee that they meet customer and corporate expectations, while supplying the necessary pipeline of candidates.
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) : making use of the ATS for all future talent acquisitions. You should also play a key role in encouraging best practices and providing all C-Serv staff with training as needed.
  • Documentation and Record Management : Keeps records of all materials used for talent management, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
  • Onboarding New Employees : In conjunction with the Consultant Engagement Lead, organise all handover paperwork to guarantee a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
  • Vetting and Screening : Assemble all necessary documentation and screening, adhering to the client's specifications, and make sure that each applicant has cleared the prerequisites before starting work.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience in a similar role or qualification in Human Resources.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to communicate clearly, concisely and warmly, across written and verbal.
  • Proficient in handling HR services and documentation.
  • Excellent organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on quick resolution of issues.
  • Excellent attention to detail, and the ability to deal with multiple tasks at one time.

This role is a remote role, home based ideally, we are looking to recruit someone who currently lives in the North of England close, Newcastle, Leeds & Manchester to interact with the rest of the team when required. We are committed to developing our staff, so would entertain who want to progress with the drive to succeed.

Benefits

You will receive an annual salary of £ 26,000 to £ 30,000 depending on experience, you will also benefit from a comprehensive training package to allow the successful candidate to develop.
