A financial consulting firm is seeking an experienced project lead for remote pension scheme implementations. The successful candidate will act as a trusted deputy, leading client projects while ensuring compliance with defined benefit pension scheme rules. Responsibilities include translating client requirements into automated solutions, mentoring team members, and enhancing platform features. Strong analytical and project delivery skills are essential. This role offers professional support and a chance to make a significant impact in the field.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of defined benefit pension schemes and their rules.

Responsabilités
- Act as a key escalation point for the Scheme Benefits Implementation Manager.
- Lead client implementation projects from start to finish.
- Translate client needs into effective automated system solutions.
- Conduct analyses of scheme rules and produce thorough documentation.
- Oversee data migration and enhance calculation automation.
- Identify risks early to ensure smooth project progression.
- Deliver training and guide stakeholders on best practices.
- Mentor colleagues to foster continuous improvement.
- Support platform enhancements and new features.
