A growing digital healthcare firm in the UK is seeking a Strategic Communications Manager to enhance brand awareness and manage both internal and external communications. This remote role requires proactive collaboration across teams and significant expertise in stakeholder engagement and media relations. Applicants should have a solid background in communications, preferably within healthcare or a regulated industry, and be able to convey complex information effectively. The company offers a competitive salary and numerous benefits including 30 days leave and private health insurance.
Please be aware although we are a remote organisation we do require candidates to reside in the UK.
Salary: Market Comparable depending on skills and experience
Workpattern: Full Time, 6 month FTC
Location: Remote but willing to travel to London and Edinburgh for meetings

ProblemShared has created strong partnerships servicing several NHS, university, and insurer contracts to deliver high quality ADHD and Autism assessments as well as assessments for learning differences. We offer wrap-around care in the form of psychoeducation, prescribing, educational navigation, and therapy sessions all under one roof.
We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Communications Manager to work alongside the Head of Communications in leading both internal and external communications for our fast-growing, clinically-led healthcare business.
This role is instrumental in shaping our tone of voice, strengthening trust with patients and partners, and ensuring our teams stay connected and informed.
This role involves close collaboration across marketing, clinical, HR, and leadership teams to ensure all communications embody our values, comply with regulatory standards, and support our business priorities.
