  • Experience in technical service, or entry through a Graduate Development Programme.
  • Strong engagement skills with laboratory staff and stakeholders.
  • Recognised technical expert for the assigned product lines.
  • Excellent communication for explaining technical concepts.
  • Ability to conduct root-cause analysis and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line service backup to Abbott Ambassadors.
  • Plan and deliver scheduled preventive maintenance.
  • Support instrument installations and ensure smooth commissioning.
  • Contribute to efficiency, performance, and growth.
  • Maintain service continuity and customer confidence.
