We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Reservation Agent to join our partnership. This role includes building a brand within the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing customer reservations and ensuring an exceptional experience for their clients. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. It is vital to be a self-starter, tech savvy individual who shows initiative.

• Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding services, availability, and pricing.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer interactions through data entry.
• Manage inventory of available services and update systems as necessary.
• Provide support for administrative tasks related to booking management.
• Utilize sales techniques to promote additional services and upsell where appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Experience in sales is highly preferred.
• Prior management skills is highly preferred.
• Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Word and data entry.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Proven organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A background in technology or marketing is a plus.
