We’re looking for experienced Fractional SDRs who live for cold calling and can confidently book meetings in the B2B SaaS space. You’ll be making 2 hours of cold calls per day into qualified ICP lists, leveraging AI-driven research and killer targeting.

This is a great fit for someone with a full-time role who wants to earn extra income using their phone skills – and wants to work with a high-performance team that loves to win.

• Cold call high-intent B2B prospects (no list building or research – we handle that)
• Book qualified meetings for our clients, using proven scripts and tools
• Provide feedback on messaging and objection handling
• Collaborate with our enablement and campaign managers to iterate and improve

You have 6+ months of SaaS SDR experience, focused on outbound cold calling

You are US or UK based

You love the phone and are confident objection handling

You are coachable, consistent, and hungry to win

You’re available 2 hours per weekday during US or UK business hours

You have strong verbal communication and a quiet home setup

Pay £750 per month base - 2 hours work per day

Average earnings per fractional SDR is around £1,000 per month for 2 hours of work per day.
