Job summary
A Scandinavian engineering and design consultancy is seeking a Building Regulations Principal Designer to manage Building Regulations and Compliance Consultancy Projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in building control or a related field and be knowledgeable about the Building Safety Act 2022. Qualifications
- A clear track record of successful applications and engagement with the Building Safety Regulator.
- Proven experience in building control or senior design capacity.
- Strong background in compliance with Building Regulations.
Responsibilities

- Develop the new business unit and contribute to team targets.
- Recruit, upskill, and mentor junior hires.
