Overview

Our client is a global event technology and print services supplier based in Kingston. They are seeking a Digital Print Production and Artwork Associate to join their team.

Salary: £26,000 plus a bonus of up to £3,000 for on-target team performance.

The Role

As a Digital Print Production & Artwork Associate, you will support the Production team in delivering conference badges and print solutions. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience with digital printing, artwork editing, and data management, working alongside a friendly and experienced team. Responsibilities include assembly tasks, project work, and opportunities to develop technical and artworking skills.

We promote a supportive, growth-oriented culture. Training will be provided on Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), data handling, and project workflows. There are opportunities to expand responsibilities as you grow.

• Digital Print & Production
• Assist in setting up, operating, and troubleshooting digital print equipment
• Prepare and package personalized name badges, ensuring quality and accuracy
• Perform manual tasks such as badge assembly, packaging, and dispatching with attention to detail
• Artwork & Data Handling
• Receive, edit, and prepare artwork for print using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Manage attendee data using spreadsheets (primarily Excel) for accurate personalization
• Organize and maintain project files, data records, and templates
• Client & Team Support
• Take project briefs from senior team members, ensuring clarity and documentation
• Communicate with clients via email or phone (with guidance) to clarify artwork, data, or project details
• Contribute to quality control checks and maintain production logs
• Continuous Improvement & Collaboration
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and quality
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and adapt to project changes
