Job summary
A consulting firm is seeking a Business Change Consultant on a contract basis to lead high-complexity change management across public sector projects. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Change Delivery while driving sustainable transformation in critical programs. Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, and fostering change readiness. The contract length is initially 3 months, offering a competitive day rate of £450 - £550, with remote flexibility.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in change management, typically degree-level educated.
- Extensive experience managing the human side of change in large programmes.
- Ability to build and influence relationships with diverse stakeholders.
